Complete Inventory Without the Busywork

AssetGuard automatically collects hardware and software details from every endpoint. Always current, always searchable.

💻

Hardware Inventory

CPU, cores, RAM, disk capacity and free space, manufacturer, model, BIOS version, and serial number for every machine in your fleet.

📦

Software Inventory

Every installed application with name, version, and publisher. Scans both 64-bit and 32-bit registry hives so nothing gets missed.

🔍

Fleet-Wide Search

Search across all machines by hostname, manufacturer, model, or CPU. Find that one machine with a specific GPU or the laptop running an old BIOS.

📄

CSV Export

Export your full inventory to CSV with one click. Feed it into your CMDB, hand it to auditors, or use it for license reconciliation.

📈

Disk Usage Monitoring

See disk utilization across your fleet with color-coded alerts. Spot machines running low on storage before users start complaining.

🛠

No Extra Infrastructure

No SCCM, no WMI scanning servers, no scheduled scripts. The agent collects inventory on every check-in and reports to the cloud.

MSPs Tracking Client Hardware

Know what's deployed at every client site. No more asking clients to send you spreadsheets. Per-company views keep inventories separate and organized.

IT Teams Running Audits

When the auditor asks "what software is installed across your fleet?" — have the answer ready. Export to CSV and hand it over in seconds, not days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What hardware details does AssetGuard collect?

CPU name, logical core count, total RAM, disk capacity and free space, manufacturer, model, BIOS version, and serial number. Everything you need for a complete hardware inventory.

How does software inventory work?

The agent reads the Windows registry uninstall keys (both 64-bit and 32-bit hives) to enumerate all installed applications. It reports name, version, and publisher for each app, up to 200 per machine.

How often is inventory updated?

The agent reports inventory on every check-in (configurable, default every 5 minutes). Software installs and hardware changes are reflected within minutes.

Can I export inventory data?

Yes. The CSV export includes hostname, manufacturer, model, CPU, cores, RAM, disk, BIOS version, software count, and last updated timestamp. One click from the console.

Do I need SCCM or Active Directory?

No. AssetGuard works on standalone and domain-joined machines. No SCCM, no WMI scanning infrastructure, no GPOs required. Install the agent and your inventory builds itself.
