GuardSuite, operated by Chester Frazier, provides cloud-based endpoint security management tools. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account or use our services, we may collect the following:
- Account information: Email address and company name
- Endpoint data: Machine hostnames and agent telemetry including OS version, IP address, and agent version
- Product-specific data: Depending on which tools you use, this may include USB device inventories, disk encryption status, patch compliance status, installed software lists, printer configurations, WiFi network profiles, credential rotation records, application execution logs, and similar endpoint security data
- Payment information: Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide and operate the GuardSuite service
- Display endpoint status and compliance information in your console
- Enforce security policies you configure
- Send service-related communications (account confirmations, alerts, updates)
- Process payments and manage your subscription
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in AWS DynamoDB in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region. All data is encrypted at rest using AWS-managed encryption. Data in transit is protected using TLS encryption.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and endpoint data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate GuardSuite:
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
- Amazon Web Services (AWS SES): Transactional email delivery
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
6. Cookies
GuardSuite uses session cookies only to keep you logged in and maintain your session state. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you (data export)
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data

8. Children's Privacy
GuardSuite is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the console. Your continued use of GuardSuite after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
